Job summary

ECAS Co. is seeking a motivated content creator to join its fast-growing marketing team.

You will craft engaging social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, working closely with founders to tell authentic brand stories. This commission-only role offers hands-on experience with live campaigns, Canva-driven design, and opportunities to shape content strategies, grow audiences, and build employer branding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current digital trends.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with content creation tools.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to write blogs, captions, articles, and scripts clearly and engagingly.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and idea-generation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Passion for social media, branding, digital marketing, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Design social media creatives, carousels, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, articles, and social media copy aligned with the ECAS brand.
• Develop scripts and content concepts for reels, short videos, and educational content.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities to keep content relevant.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Support brand-building initiatives through creative storytelling and strategic content.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.
• Assist in creating employer branding, recruitment, and company culture content.
• Generate innovative content ideas that help increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
