Job summary

Hybrid Intelligence Academy LLC seeks an undergraduate student or recent graduate with hands-on social media experience to plan, draft, produce, and improve social content across the company’s channels.

You will work closely with HIA’s founders to help shape ideas for a professional brand and deliver clear, credible content for diverse audiences. The role emphasizes strong writing and editing, with independence and initiative in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
• Hands-on experience creating or managing social content for an organization, publication, student group, project, or brand.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, and professional credibility.
• Ability to work independently from clear goals and light direction.
• Comfort using major social platforms and learning new publishing or analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva or comparable visual tools is preferred.
• Interest in generative AI and how it is changing professional work is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a practical social content calendar.
• Draft and edit posts from seminars, articles, website content, research, and founder ideas.
• Adapt one source idea into channel-appropriate posts without making every platform sound identical.
• Create or coordinate simple branded graphics and supporting visual assets.
• Review performance data and help identify topics, formats, and posting patterns worth repeating.
• Research relevant conversations, questions, and developments that HIA should understand or address.
• Keep social copy consistent with HIA’s voice and visual standards.
• Support occasional campaign, event, or seminar promotion.

Independent contractor Remote — United States Part time, approximately 10–15 hours/week $17.50/hour

Overview

HIA is looking for an undergraduate student or recent graduate with hands-on social media experience and strong writing instincts. You will work closely with HIA’s founders to help plan, draft, produce, and improve social content across the company’s channels.

The role is suited to someone who can recognize a useful idea, shape it for a specific audience, and keep the result consistent with a professional brand.

Compensation
