• Ability to deliver useful drafts from rough directions.
• Able to manage multiple small projects.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and compare AI tools for professional use.
• Test prompts, workflows, and small AI tools and document what works.
• Support course development, class preparation, and training materials.
• Assist with research, proposals, marketing, and business documentation.
• Draft and improve content for social media, website pages, newsletters, and proposals.
• Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, reasoning, privacy concerns, bias, hallucinations, and prompt injection risk.
• Help HIA turn new ideas into clearer offerings and repeatable internal practices.

Spend 10 weeks helping HIA research, test, document, and improve practical uses of generative AI across advisory, training, content, and internal operations.

Independent contractor Remote — United States 10 weeks Full time: $500/week | Part time: $17.50/hour

Overview

Hybrid Intelligence Advisors and Hybrid Intelligence Academy help professionals and organizations use generative AI with better judgment, stronger work systems, and clearer standards. This 10-week internship gives an undergraduate student direct exposure to how an AI advisory and training company develops services, tests tools, supports courses, researches client needs, and turns ideas into useful operating materials.

The internship is offered in two formats: full time and part time. Applicants choose one option when applying.

Responsibilities

• Research and compare AI tools for professional use.
• Test prompts, workflows, and small AI tools and document what works.
• Support course development, class preparation, and training materials.
• Assist with research, proposals, marketing, and business documentation.
• Draft and improve content for social media, website pages, newsletters, and proposals.
• Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, reasoning, privacy concerns, bias, hallucinations, and prompt injection risk.
• Help HIA turn new ideas into clearer offerings and repeatable internal practices.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program and good academic standing.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Meaningful hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or comparable systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort figuring out unfamiliar tools.
• Ability to take rough direction and produce a useful first draft.
• Enough organization to manage several small projects at once.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• The strongest candidate is likely pursuing a humanities, social science, business, communications, or related degree rather than a primary computer science path.

Compensation

Full-time option: $500 per week.Part-time option: $17.50 per hour for approximately 10–15 hours per week.
