Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Analytics & Insights Strategist for an in-office role in Arlington, TX. The candidate will analyze paid, organic, and influencer social performance, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, evaluating campaign performance, and collaborating with Marketing, Analytics, and Technology partners to improve measurement and impact across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a marketing-related field.
• 3 years of experience in social media analytics or related field.
• Experience analyzing performance across major social platforms and interpreting data.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards using Excel/BI tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze paid, organic, and influencer social media performance across campaigns, platforms, audiences, creative, markets, and funnel stages to identify trends and gaps.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign performance and audience strategies.
• Develop and maintain recurring social media reports and dashboards showing channel health, budget pacing, and KPI visibility.
• Evaluate social media performance beyond engagement to leads, appointments, conversions, and sales.
• Establish measurement approaches, KPI definitions, naming conventions, and reporting inputs for data accuracy and comparability.
• Design measurement approaches for social media testing and evaluate results against hypotheses.
