NOTE:This role is based in NYC. Lyra Collective operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We are hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Strategist for our Personal Care brands – EVER Skincare & Nuvadermis. This role will create and execute strategies within social media and influencer management to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement and foster a loyal community across both brands. This role reports into the General Manager of Personal Care.


What you'll do:
  • Manage social media presence for the brands, including Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and emerging channels
  • Develop and execute a social content strategy to drive brand awareness and growth, including ownership of the monthly social content calendar
  • Plan social media campaigns to support evergreen brand messaging, product launches, partnerships, education, giveaways, and more.
  • Leverage tools like CapCut and Canva to create and edit content for Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
  • Develop a comprehensive influencer/creator strategy across affiliate, organic, and paid partners that drives brand awareness and builds trust in our brands and products
  • Drive audience growth and foster community through community management and inbound and outbound engagement
  • Manage internal EVER ambassador program by assisting new and existing ambassadors
  • Identify and deliver outreach to affinity brands to secure meaningful collaborations, partnerships, giveaways, and more.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance tracking and KPIs across all social media channels, including engagement, reach, follower growth and traffic
  • Maintain a cohesive brand experience across all social channels, adhering to brand guidelines and elevating the brands’ aesthetic
Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a social media and/or influencer marketing role
  • Expertise concepting, executing and managing social media campaigns across channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and more
  • Experience creating Instagram and TikTok content
  • Experience working with influencers and content creators
  • Experience managing or developing an internal influencer affiliate program
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Experience with Canva, Later, CapCut, Shopify, and analytics platforms like Looker or GA4 ideal
  • Passion for consumer goods/women’s health & wellness products
