Job description

We are a venture-backed ethical fashion accessories brand looking for an "awesome" entrepreneurial, highly organized, creative, and strategic Social Media & Influencer Sr. Marketing Analyst/Manager in New York to contribute to our Brand Marketing efforts, particularly to lead our organic social and influencer programs. This role will own the Organic Social content calendar, shape our brand voice across platforms, manage our influencer and affiliate marketing programs, and engage directly with our customers through community management efforts. You will develop and engage with ONDO’s greater community spaces, find new and innovative ways to connect with new customers, while also deepening the relationship with our loyal customers. You should have a strong pulse on trends, DTC brands, and customer insight, and be a self-starter to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media

Content Strategy & Calendar Management

●Develop and manage a robust social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms.

●Plan and schedule posts aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments.

●Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, marketing) to ensure content supports key priorities and deadlines.

●Develop unique concepts specific to each platform to foster a community on our social platforms.

Copywriting & Content Creation

●Write compelling, platform-appropriate copy for each channel, tailored to voice and audience.

●Produce or source engaging social content, including UGC, short-form video, and brand visuals.

●Incorporate all copy and assets into the calendar for timely leadership review and approval.

Community Management

●Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions daily to engage with our community and maintain brand integrity.

●Actively respond to messages and engage with our customers.

●Flag customer service issues or emerging themes to the appropriate internal teams.

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Program Management

●Oversee the affiliate program in partnership with the agency: create campaigns, approve influencer selections and influencer content, review performance metrics (clicks, sales, traffic), and manage any payouts or agreement redlining.

●Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign goals, and maintain regular performance reporting.

Influencer Gifting & Seeding

●Identify and source new influencer partners for regular product gifting (bi-weekly cadence).

●Manage all outreach, gifting logistics, tracking, and follow-up communications.

●Maintain a tracker of influencer relationships, content received, sentiment, and impact.

Briefing & Communication

●Develop clear briefs and brand guidelines for influencer collaborations.

●Serve as the key point of contact for influencers and the agency to ensure content is on-brand and on-message.

Requirements:

●3+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing roles, preferably in a consumer brand or e-commerce environment.

●Social-savvy with experience posting content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

●Strong writing and communication skills with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.

●Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and digital culture.

●Experience with influencer outreach and affiliate performance tools/platforms.

●Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

●Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple timelines.

●Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together.

●Expert in developing social marketing strategies that are native to each channel and that can deliver tangible results

●Strong copywriting and visual skills

●Must be able to commute to our office in Manhattan, New York.

Preferred:

●Experience working with lifestyle and fashion DTC brands.

●Intermediate video editing skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.

●Passion for community-building and authentic storytelling.

●Experience interpreting data across social media & advertising platforms.

●Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Salary Range: $70k-90k
