BairesDev is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support planning, creation, and management of content across our social media channels. You will grow our online presence, engage audiences, and translate brand messaging into compelling social content.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in social media management, hands-on experience with major platforms, and familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams.

Responsabilidades

• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand priorities.
• Analyze post performance and report insights with optimization recommendations.
• Support community engagement by identifying conversations and brand opportunities.
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.
