HiringCafe is seeking its first dedicated marketing hire to own social content and growth experiments with founders. The role is a full-time contract-to-hire position, on-site in Cupertino, CA, with remote/hybrid options.

You will create and post original content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn; run creator partnerships, engage the r/hiringcafe community, measure results, and scale what works. Equity is included.
