Job summary

Stealth Startup, led by former Duolingo engineers, is building an AI-powered learning app and seeking a growth hire to scale our social media. We are growing fast—4k users in two weeks with zero marketing spend—and you will own the go-to-market engine across major platforms to drive adoption.

You will identify and collaborate with creators, craft hooks and scripts for UGC videos, and iteratively optimize content based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience creating or managing short-form video content.
• Ability to identify viral hooks and angles.
• Experience working with creators or influencers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Find creators, contact them, and manage a creator pipeline.
• Write hooks, scripts and talking points for UGC videos and test angles.
• Provide feedback on drafts to improve upcoming versions.
• Track views and ad performance to refine future content.

We are former Duolingo engineers building an AI-powered learning app. We have grown to 4k users in 2 weeks with $0 marketing spend and are looking for a growth hire to help us scale our app on social media. You will work directly with the founders at a fast-growing startup and own the go-to-market engine to scale us to millions of users.

What you'll do

• Own our social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Find creators: look on TikTok and Instagram for good creators, contact them, and keep a pipeline of creators moving
• Write scripts: write hooks, scripts and talking points for UGC style videos, and test which angles hold attention
• Give feedback: review creators' draft videos and give clear, kind notes that make the next version better
• Learn from the numbers: track views and ad performance across videos, find out which hooks and formats work, and feed that back into new scripts

Who we're looking for

• You spend a lot of time on TikTok and Reels and can explain why a video works
• You can come up with creative hooks that go viral on social media
• You've made short-form content yourself, run a social account, or worked with creators or influencers
