• Experience translating brand voice across multiple platforms.

• Own social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, with YouTube support.
• Build playbook and SOPs for drafting, optimizing, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Analyze performance trends and make strategic recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
• Write, optimize, and schedule content for posting at optimal times.
• Monitor and respond to community members in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Repurpose podcast, YouTube, and website content into social posts.
• Collaborate with Partnerships on affiliate and advisory content with proper tracking.
• Ensure brand consistency with other teams and set release timing.
• Spot trending opportunities and incorporate them into content strategy.
• Edit photos/videos to suit platform formats.
