Working with the Social Media Manager, you will help shape content strategy, build channel roadmaps, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires navigating complex community dynamics, upholding editorial standards, and maintaining brand authenticity

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media specialist focused on content publishing and community engagement across major platforms.
• Ability to resolve complex community issues with sound judgment.
• Experience using a social media management platform for publishing, engagement, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Social Media Manager to co-develop channel content strategies and roadmap.
• Own day-to-day publishing, content quality, and community engagement for assigned brands.
• Identify user-generated content and influencer opportunities for rights clearance.
• Manage end-to-end content publishing across platforms, adhering to formatting and cadence.
• Adapt content to platform-native formats while upholding brand standards.
• Coordinate with paid media team to align organic and paid strategies.
• Participate in monthly planning and quarterly strategy reviews.
• Monitor brand health dashboards and track engagement performance.
• Handle inbound engagement and escalation following governance workflows.
• Support development of brand voice guidelines and escalation playbooks.
