Job summary

Caraway Home is seeking a Social Media Contractor to support the execution and reporting of our social program from November 2026 through March 2027. This project-based engagement emphasizes operational execution, content publishing accuracy, and maintaining performance dashboards for internal teams.

You will work with Nectar to schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more; repurpose content for secondary channels; and surface actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media execution or content operations.
• Hands-on with analytics and reporting tools (Nectar, Dash Hudson, Emplifi, or similar).
• Familiarity with native social platform analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Comfort using reporting dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
• High attention to detail and repeatable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Publish content according to a pre-defined calendar and ensure accuracy and timing.
• Use Nectar to schedule and publish on platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Repurpose content for secondary channels with platform-specific formats.
• Maintain quality control of captions, tags, links, and cadence.
• Upload and organize social assets across platforms and manage short-form video distribution.
