Job summary

Fenton Marketing seeks a part-time Marketing Coordinator for Sports & Social in Cary (PBR Cary and AVA Rooftop). The role focuses on creating social content, scheduling, analytics, and event support to boost brand presence across platforms.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, assist with events, and engage audiences while maintaining timely communications and quality of work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, plus at least one year experience in a customer service or hospitality related field.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in hospitality and/or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement social media content/campaigns across social platforms.
• Oversee creation of social content calendars weekly and monthly.
• Monitor analytics to identify ideas and optimization opportunities.
• Provide marketing team support at events including social media coverage and operations.
• Provide customer service support through social media.
• Research new digital trends for implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date influencer and media lists; manage photo/video library.
• Assist in coordinating events and marketing materials; support sponsors and partners.
