Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association, Georgia Chapter is offering an internship for Social Media / Communications / Graphic Design. This unpaid position requires 10-15 hours of work each week, providing students with hands-on experience in a non-profit setting.

You will learn about social media marketing and assist with the monthly e-newsletter content while developing valuable skills in communications. Interns will receive course credit and engage in tasks including content creation and attending meetings.

Qualifications

• Class standing of at least a junior level.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation and coordination.
• Develop monthly e-newsletter content.
• Track Media Hits & Paid Ads.
• Assist with constituent information entry in Convio database.
• Research trends related to the Alzheimer's Association.
• Attend media or committee meetings as needed.
