Job summary

ASU EdPlus is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join ASU Online’s marketing team. You will own day-to-day execution for ASU Online's social channels, manage workflows, assets, and approvals, and ensure every post is sharp, on-brand, and timely.

You will collaborate with designers, provide input on platform readiness, and help shape content that supports ASU Online’s mission to expand access to high‑quality education. This hybrid, in-person role requires reliable commuting to Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting social media publishing or digital content execution in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors in copy, links, assets, or schedules.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage publishing operations across platforms including scheduling, posting and quality assurance.
• Maintain and update social media content calendars for accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to and produce content for posts that perform well on social channels.
• Track published content and support performance reporting, documentation and recaps.
• Maintain organized records of assets, approvals, schedules and workflows.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to flag risks, delays or issues.
• Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned.
