Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Reels, TikTok and short-form video.
• Basic experience with Canva.
• Basic video editing experience with CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Help manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Write, edit and proofread captions.
• Monitor comments, messages and account activity.
• Assist with content days, shoots and asset organization.
• Coordinate with internal team to keep content moving.
• Track deadlines, revisions and approvals.
• Assist with monthly analytics and reporting.
