Bad Birdie is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to turn ideas into content and conversations into a community. You’ll publish content, engage with audiences, and bring product launches and campaigns to life, working closely with the Sr. Brand Manager.

This on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ requires hands-on writing and editing, with a fast-moving, collaborative team that values bold, playful, and inclusive voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant social media, community management, or digital marketing experience with content you created or channels you managed.
• Ability to capture and edit engaging short-form video and photos with accessible tools.
• Strong writing skills, a sense of humor, and judgment about brand voice.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms, including analytics.
• Genuine interest in golf culture and Bad Birdie’s audience.

Responsibilities

• Concept, capture, and edit social content, including short-form video, photos, and event coverage.
• Write captions reflecting Bad Birdie’s bold and inclusive voice, tailoring for each platform.
• Maintain the content calendar and coordinate assets and approvals for timely posts.
• Collaborate with brand team on launches, campaigns, and athlete moments into engaging content.
• Monitor comments and messages with care and sound judgment.
• Build relationships with followers and brand advocates and engage in golf conversations.
