PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Grow the strength of the Chick-fil-A Brand beyond the four walls of the restaurant through our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work 5-10 hours monthly
- Market store events, Team members’ successes, and overall Brand Awareness
- Inform Guests about our Mobile Ordering process, Catering Options, Cold Trays Options, Community Events, and Team Member Successes
- Partner with the Community Events Coordinator to promote community events.
- Partner with the Team Member Engagement Coordinator to celebrate team member birthdays, years of service, and Team Member of the Month.
- Lead with Food, People, Cows, and Influence in all Marketing Opportunities.
- Advertise all sponsorship events (shared by Operator/Community coordinator).
- Maintain and update restaurant Social Media pages regularly.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Increase likes and shares by 5% year over year
- Increase followers by 5% year over year
BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS:
- Timeliness: Schedule current month’s posts by the 1st day of each month
- Consistency: Minimum of 5 relevant posts per week (LTOs, Team Member recognition, community events)
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Visual Identity Standards for all posts
- Communication: Coordinate with the Team Engagement Supervisor and Community Event Supervisor about upcoming activities
- Proactiveness: Reach out to the Operator if facing barriers to excellence
