Part-Time Social Media Coordinator

Part-Time | Approx. 10–15 hours/week

We are a boutique, high-end residential design and remodeling firm based in New York City, known for creating thoughtfully designed spaces that blend function with refined aesthetics. From full-scale renovations to bespoke kitchens and baths, our work is elevated, elegant, and deeply personal.

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story, build our brand, and connect with our growing audience across platforms.

Role Overview:
As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing our online presence. You’ll create compelling content that reflects our design aesthetic, engage with our community, and help showcase the artistry behind our work.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand and voice
• Coordinate with our design team to source project updates, behind-the-scenes content, and before-and-afters
• Write engaging captions with an understanding of our luxury clientele
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments
• Track performance analytics and suggest content strategies
• Stay up to date on design and social trends relevant to our audience

Qualifications:

• (design, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience a plus)
• Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with social tools like Canva, Later, Planoly, or similar
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of the NYC design/remodeling market is a plus
