Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage official Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Develop and execute social media strategy to boost engagement and membership.
• Monitor inquiries and respond professionally.
• Maintain the content calendar.
• Research trends and emerging platform features.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote programs.
• Create, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories).
• Design graphics and promotional materials.
• Capture photos/videos at events.
• Organize media libraries.
• Write captions, scripts, and CTAs.
• Manage SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Establish KPIs and report analytics to leadership.
• Use data to optimize campaigns.
