CTCI Technology is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Associate to support marketing efforts by creating, posting, and managing digital content across platforms. The role emphasizes real-time onsite content, short-form video production, and strengthening online presence for technology brands.

You will coordinate with leadership and sales teams, manage content calendars, and contribute to CRM tasks while working onsite in Clifton, NJ.

Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress/Elementor for content updates.
• Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
• Interest in tech, IT services, cybersecurity, AV/low-voltage.
• Photography experience for onsite content creation.
• Graphic design or branding skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture onsite videos and footage for multiple platforms.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts across social channels.
• Write captions and hashtags; monitor engagement and grow audience.
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM tasks.
• Update website pages using WordPress/Elementor.
