Job summary

BaubleBar is seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. You will craft original content for BaubleBar’s social channels, stay on top of trends, and help drive engagement.

The role requires being on camera, collaborating with Creative, Social, and Influencer teams, and delivering content on tight timelines. The position is part-time, onsite at our Manhattan HQ, three days per week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social media experience required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable being on camera.
• Eye for emerging trends to inform how we speak about products.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, kind, and multi-faceted personality.

Responsibilities

• Execute the social strategy for core assortments and licensing partnerships.
• Take UGC for product pages, emails, ads, and wholesale partners.
• Generate and implement creative ideas quickly.
• Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to optimize platform presence.
• Highlight influencer content with the Influencer team.
• Stay informed about updates in social media landscape.
• Deliver content from idea to completion on deadlines.
• Work onsite three full days per week at our Manhattan HQ near the Flatiron Building.
