Job summary

BaubleBar Inc. seeks a dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team in Manhattan.

You will craft original, timely content for BaubleBar’s social channels and other marketing touchpoints, with a focus on trends, UGC, and on-camera delivery. The role collaborates closely with Creative, Social, and Influencer teams to optimize our platform presence, manage licensing partnerships, and produce assets ready for product pages, emails, ads, and wholesale partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media and content creation.
• Comfortable being on camera and collaborating with teams.
• Strong eye for trends and timely content ideas.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute social strategy for core assortments and partnerships.
• Turn UGC into assets for product pages, emails, ads, and partners.
• Bring and execute creative ideas quickly with the team.
• Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to optimize presence.
• Highlight UGC and influencer content with the influencer team.
• Stay updated on evolving social media trends and platform changes.
• Deliver content end-to-end by deadlines; onsite 3 days/week at Manhattan HQ.
