Oxsome is the AI marketing platform behind 1,000 small businesses. From our Wayzata, Minnesota headquarters we deliver lead services, AI-powered websites, SEO, and connected TV advertising to home service and small business clients nationwide — all managed from one Command Center.

We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to craft compelling visual and written content that elevates brand presence, drives engagement, and boosts online visibility for Oxsome and the clients we serve.

Qualifications

Proven social media management or content creation experience with a portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Creative Suite.
Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
SEO and keyword research knowledge.
Google Analytics and web analytics competency.
Strong writing skills for diverse audiences.
Video editing and photography experience.

Responsibilities

Produce and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
Schedule posts via Hootsuite and Buffer for consistent engagement.
Monitor audience sentiment and competitor activity through social listening.
Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability.
Analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and similar tools.
Shoot and edit video content.
Research digital marketing trends and build relationships with influencers and community partners.
