Cooper's Plumbing & Air is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to film and edit engaging videos that showcase our technicians, jobs, and culture in Bainbridge, GA. You’ll craft educational and entertaining content and help our brand stand out in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with the Marketing Manager to explore trends, manage a content calendar, and publish across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more, while traveling to job sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging short-form videos.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong creativity and storytelling with attention to trends.
• Ability to film, edit, and publish content efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and produce a high volume of short-form videos weekly.
• Capture service work, installations, customer experiences, and team culture.
• Develop original concepts, research trends, and experiment with formats.

What You'll Do

Create Engaging Video Content

• Film, edit, and produce a high volume of short-form videos each week.
• Capture service calls, HVAC installations, plumbing projects, customer experiences, and team culture.
• Turn everyday work into entertaining, educational, and shareable content.

Bring Creative Ideas to Life

• Research trends, develop original concepts, and experiment with new formats.
• Create content that educates homeowners, builds trust, and showcases our company's personality.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and technicians to develop fresh content.

Manage Social Media Publishing

• Schedule and publish content consistently across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and meet weekly production goals.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.

Capture Photos, Events & Behind-the-Scenes Moments

• Photograph projects, employees, company events, and community involvement.
• Travel to job sites to capture authentic footage of our team in action.
• Support photo posts, graphics, and other marketing content as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating engaging short-form videos.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong creativity, storytelling skills, and awareness of social media trends.
• Ability to film, edit, and produce content efficiently and consistently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with technicians, visiting job sites, and filming in active environments.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to experiment with new ideas.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Video editing software experience.
• Business social media account management.
• Photography or graphic design.
• Social media scheduling tools.
