In this role you will manage end-to-end content workstreams, translate priorities into engaging stories, and leverage AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-native content, writing, producing, and editing for each channel across formats.
• Own content workstreams end to end, from concept and drafting through review, publishing, and performance follow-up.
• Translate enterprise priorities into clear, engaging stories that reflect Lilly’s voice and resonate with audiences.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, applying editorial guidance from the Senior Director, Digital & Social Media.
• Ensure content is optimized for both traditional search and AI-generated answers, applying emerging best practices.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support ideation, drafting, and production, enhancing speed and quality.
• Monitor content performance and audience response, applying insights to improve future content.
• Support community management and audience engagement across platforms, helping the team move at the speed of the conversation.
• Collaborate with designers, video producers, and digital operations partners to bring content to life and publish on time.
• Partner with teams across Global Communications to support priority narratives, launches, and landmarks.
