Job summary

• 4+ years of experience in community management, organic social, or social media management.
• Strong experience with Reddit community engagement.
• Proven ability to engage consumers on behalf of a brand.
• Strong knowledge of Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Threads.
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar social listening tools.
• Strong writing skills with ability to adapt brand voice across platforms.
• Experience monitoring sentiment and handling sensitive or high-visibility conversations.

• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Customer Care, and agency teams.

What We're Looking For
