Are you passionate about feminine wellness and mindfulness? We are looking for a part-time Social Media, Outreach, and Community Manager to join our dynamic team at Ashira Tantra. This role is perfect for someone eager to collaborate and grow alongside a brand dedicated to empowering individuals through mindful practices.

About Ashira Tantra: With over 190,000 followers across our social media platforms, Ashira Tantra offers a selection of products, including beautiful art prints and digital downloads. We are also excited to announce the launch of our upcoming online circle, which aims to foster community and connection. Our team consists of three creative professionals: a founder, artist and content creator, an e-commerce and business developer, and a filmmaker specializing in social media development.

Role Overview: As our Social Media, Outreach, and Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our content calendar across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. We provide all the content, allowing you to focus on engaging our audience and fostering a vibrant online community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the content calendar across all platforms.
• Engage with our audience and cultivate meaningful interactions on our social media accounts.
• Set up automations to streamline our outreach efforts.
• Develop and manage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors.
• Reach out to stores and companies to promote and secure partnerships for carrying our physical products.

Compensation:

• 20% profit share for full-time involvement.
• 10% profit share for part-time engagement.
• Please note: This is not a salaried position.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with video editing software.
• Ability to manage a content calendar and post consistently.
• Experience with brand partnerships and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with wellness, mindfulness, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Located in the United States.
