Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Community Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will maintain consistent brand presence and community engagement during weekend hours.

This is a part-time, remote position, working up to 24 hours per week. You will collaborate with our Social Media Manager and Assistant Community Manager and report directly to our Social Media Director.

Remote work details

This role is classified as non-exempt from FLSA overtime, is remote, and open to candidates in the U.S. Candidates on the West Coast are preferred due to PST hours. Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace are required.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain community engagement across social platforms during weekend hours (Fri-Sun).
  • Uphold brand voice and tone in all communications, especially during peak engagement times.
  • Follow engagement guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Post content and drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Monitor trends and conversations, responding appropriately.
  • Serve as a weekend liaison, documenting feedback and issues.
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare summary reports for the team.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1+ year of social media/community management experience.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of products and trends.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Weekend availability and ability to work independently.
  • Fluency across major social platforms and understanding of weekend usage patterns.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with good decision-making skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solving skills for handling weekend issues.
  • Reliability in representing the brand during key engagement days.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and twist.
  • Focus on detailed work for long periods.
  • Use of fine motor skills like typing and mouse use.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
