Job summary

San Jose Conservation Corps + Charter School (SJCC+CS) seeks a Marketing & Communications Associate to advance our story through social media, websites, newsletters, and external communications. You will support campaigns, craft compelling content, and collaborate with staff across departments to engage Corpsmembers, partners, and donors.

This 100% in-person role is based in San Jose, with occasional work at our other site.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification includes strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and basic analytics is preferred.
• Experience in content creation, photography, and videography.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and launch social media campaigns across platforms.
• Publish blogs, website copy, and external communications.
• Capture and edit photos/videos; contribute to newsletters and events materials.
• Track analytics and report monthly marketing results.
