Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of social media posts and ads across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing associates and interns to ensure efficient campaign execution and professional development.
• Manage a detailed social media calendar aligned with events, promotions, and content strategies.
• Collaborate with Design to create attractive, on-brand advertising materials for campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics, conversions, and other KPIs for leadership and teams.
