The Social Media and Video Manager is responsible for day-to-day creation and management of the social media program as well as execution of social media campaigns and strategies for RepresentUs, including through collaboration on and creation of video content. The person in this role works with the VP of Advocacy and Communications, the CEO, and other colleagues to operationalize the vision for shaping public narratives about corruption and accountability, and growing our social audiences, reaching millions of Americans with creative campaigns and educational content that matters.
This is a full-time remote position and must be located within the United States, with a strong preference for a presence in or regular travel to the Washington, DC, area.

This position is part of the bargaining unit represented by Office and Professional Employees International Union, Local 153 (OPEIU).
This position is currently operating at a 35-hour work week with the salary adjusted accordingly to $78-108,450K. We anticipate moving to a 40-hour work week and corresponding increase in salary by the end of 2026. Starting salary is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. To counter pay inequality and uphold internal parity, we use a nonnegotiable starting salary system, while benchmarking our pay to competitive markets.
