A leading e-commerce company is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Relations Specialist to enhance their online presence for Tress Wellness. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead social media management, coordinate influencer relations, and creatively engage with a vibrant community. Social Media & Influencer Relations Specialist
This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility and the chance to work closely with a global team.
We’re looking for a Social Media and Outreach Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our online presence; especially for our main brand Tress Wellness (www.tresswellness.com). In this role, you’ll work closely with our Outreach Team to coordinate influencer collaborations, while also managing content across multiple social media channels. As part of a young and fast-moving company, you’ll have the space to experiment, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take ownership of your work. What You Will Do ????
Social Media Management
Oversee all branded and non-branded social media channels, currently including 4 TikTok accounts, 1 Instagram, and 1 Facebook page (with more to come).
Ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand posting across all platforms with special attention to the tiktok accounts - posting up to 10 videos a day (this can change).
Work closely with the content creator and the video editor to manage a content calendar and ensure there is always a strong pipeline of content ready to go for daily posting.
Stay up to date with platform trends and audience behavior to optimize posting strategies and recommend new content formats.
2. Content Coordination
Pitch ideas for new content to try for each account and own performance for secondary accounts.
Maintain organized systems to track content progress—from posting to analytics.
Ensure all assets are optimized for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
3. Community Management
Be the voice of the brand online: actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions across all social channels.
Foster a sense of community and connection with our audience, handling queries with warmth, speed, and professionalism.
4. Influencer Relations (US)
Act as a key point of contact for US-based influencers and collaborate with the outreach team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our influencer partners, ensuring they feel supported, aligned, and excited to work with the brand.
Check in regularly to ensure influencers have all necessary materials, direction, and guidance.
Coordinate logistics and communication for influencer collaborations in the US with the outreach team.

What You Will Bring To The Table
Proven experience managing multiple social channels, ideally specializing in Tiktok shop accounts.
Strong understanding of content production workflows and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with community management and a passion for engaging with audiences online.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with talent/influencers.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
A deep knowledge of social media culture and the ability to spot trends before they go mainstream.
