About Noble West

Love food, wine and agriculture? Ready to work hard with a fantastic group of mission-driven professionals? If yes to the above we would love to hear from you! We are currently looking for team members based in the Sacramento, Los Angeles and Boise, ID communities.

Description
Job Description:

We’re seeking a Social Media and Content Creator to join our team to drive growth, performance and engagement across our clients’ and our agency’s social and owned channels.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social, the kind of person who’s always saving trends, screenshotting funny comments and instinctively knows what will hit (and what won’t).

This is an entry-level role for a creative doer who’s ready to jump in and create content people actually want to engage with. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in the comments, quick to spot what’s gaining traction, and naturally thinks in content formats.

In this role, you’ll support day-to-day content creation, community engagement and influencer coordination while partnering closely with our Connections Team to bring social campaigns to life, balancing creativity, culture, and performance.

If your camera roll is full of content ideas and your thumbs move faster than your brain when it comes to replying to comments, we should talk!

Our Values:

The ideal team member will exemplify our agency Values of being “All In.” All in on audacity, never settling, putting people first and doing the right thing, in all aspects of their job. Here’s our take on the Values:

Putting People First: We believe that people are at the center of everything we do. We approach our colleagues, clients, and vendor partners as humans first and professionals second.

Audacity: We approach everything with fire in our bellies—ready to not only tackle our company vision and mission, but also audaciously explore the unknowns.

Never Settle: We always find our way to yes and simply refuse to call it “good enough.”

Do the Right Thing: While circumstances may change, our desire to do things for the right reasons will not.

Job Location & Reporting:

This is a 100% remote position, but not virtual. For team collaboration and bonding reasons, the candidate will ideally be located in one of the following cities: Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA or Boise, ID

Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution
  • Create and publish short-form social content (video, static, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond
  • Write captions that sound human (and occasionally make people laugh)
  • Design graphics and edit video content using native tools
  • Jump on trends quickly and thoughtfully, knowing when to participate and when to sit it out
  • Support content calendar execution across a diverse client portfolio and keep things moving on schedule
  • Leverage insights from analytics to drive content themes and outputs
Community Management
  • Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments, DMs and engaging with audiences in real time based on approved guidelines
  • Help brands show up like real people, not robots
  • Identify opportunities to spark conversation and build community
Influencer & Creator Support
  • Assist with influencer outreach, coordination and relationship management
  • Help source creators who align with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Support campaign execution, including content tracking and communication
  • Work closely with Connections and Creative teams to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to brainstorms with ideas rooted in trends, culture and platform behavior
  • Stay tapped into what’s happening across social and bring fresh ideas to the team

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Support implementation of social content best practices and standard templates
  • Identify opportunities to improve content production and performance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support organic social media and influencer reporting by pulling data, compiling decks, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of team and organizational goals
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships, freelance or personal projects absolutely count)
  • Someone who genuinely loves social media and understands how different platforms “feel”
  • Strong writing instincts, especially short-form, conversational copy
  • A good sense of humor and strong judgment (you know what’s funny and what’s appropriate)
  • Comfortable creating content on your phone and moving quickly
  • Deep knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools
  • Comfortable being behind (or occasionally in front of) the camera
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the best applications for social content development
  • Curious, proactive and eager to grow
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite, Sprout or social scheduling tools
  • Experience working with UGC, influencers or creators (even informally)
  • Understanding of social KPIs and reporting deliverables

Noble West is committed to fair pay practices. When preparing an offer, we consider the candidate's resume, experience, interview feedback, internal equity and cost of living for the remote location. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Idaho or California. Benefits include agency-paid medical, dental, vision, life, 401 (k) plan with a match, option for quarterly gross profit sharing bonus, birthday days off, performance growth planning and great mission-forward clients!
