Noble West is seeking a Social Media and Content Creator to drive growth, engagement, and performance across our clients’ and agency’s social channels from a remote-first setup. The role suits a creator who loves trends, writes with voice, and thrives on quick, engaging content while collaborating with our Connections Team.

Entry-level for a creative doer, you’ll help with day-to-day content production, community engagement, and influencer coordination, balancing culture and performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or related roles.
• Strong writing instincts for short-form, conversational copy.
• Good judgment and humor in content decisions.
• Comfortable creating content on phone and moving quickly.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish short-form social content across platforms.
• Write human-sounding captions and engage comments.
• Design graphics and edit video content with native tools.
• Track trends and participate wisely.
• Support content calendar across a diverse client portfolio.
• Leverage analytics to inform content themes.
• Monitor channels daily and respond to comments.
• Help brands show up as real people.
• Assist influencer outreach and creator relationships.
• Support campaign execution and cross-team collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve content production.
• Generate fresh ideas rooted in trends and culture.
• Prepare organic social media and influencer reporting.
• Perform other duties to support team goals.
