Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to build dashboards, scorecards, and stakeholder reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated planning processes and workflows for marketing initiatives.
• Own and improve the marketing calendar across social, content, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and agency partners.
• Manage planning systems, rhythms, and workflows to align priorities, timing, and campaign objectives.
• Maintain reporting routines, dashboards, scorecards, and stakeholder updates for clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze performance across channels to identify trends and recommendations that support brand goals.
• Create clear communication processes, including status updates and recap emails for internal teams.
• Identify process improvements to increase accountability and efficiency as the function scales.
• Monitor trends to inform future social operations, content planning, and reporting recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative Services, Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing Coordinators, and agencies to ensure aligned execution.
