The Boston Foundation seeks a Program Associate to work with the Assistant Director, Programs to advance grant-making and change-making activities under the Movements and People Strategies of the Social Justice Ecology. You will support grant-making, research, convenings, events, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have passion for grassroots leadership, experience with smaller organizations, and a commitment to social justice movements, equity, and community impact.

Formación

• Knowledge of grassroots leadership and social justice movements.
• Experience with grant-making and research.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with grant-making processes and program research.
• Plan and coordinate convenings and events for communities and partners.
• Provide coordination and administrative support to the program team.
• Collaborate with staff to advance Movements and People Strategies in Social Justice Ecology.
