Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Social Impact Manager to lead two core community programs end to end, connecting technical implementation with strategy to broaden access for nonprofits, students, and educators.

You will build relationships, streamline operations, and drive program success with cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners. A data-driven approach and Salesforce proficiency are essential for impact measurement and scale.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing corporate social responsibility, social impact, community advocacy, or related programs.
  • Experience managing in-kind donation programs.
  • An analytical, data-driven approach to building community programs.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages.
  • Organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience initiating and leading projects across internal and external stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Technical acumen, including the ability to use the company and address technical requests.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for both programs, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead internal program communications, manage applicant inquiries, and maintain partnerships with verification providers.
  • Develop ways to evaluate, track, and report on progress against program objectives and the company's broader social impact goals.
  • Assist nonprofit and university community members with product implementation and connect applicants to appropriate support resources.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to grow program membership and improve renewal rates.
  • Create resources that help the company team members and the wider community advocate for each program, and collaborate with program members on case studies, webinars, blog posts, and spotlights showcasing their achievements with the company.
  • Track industry trends, conduct benchmarking, and establish best practices for social impact and community initiatives.

An overview of this role

As a Social Impact Manager on the Sustainability and Social Impact team, you'll manage two of the company's Community Programs end to end: the company for Nonprofits and the company for Education. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US.Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data,and geographic location.The base salary range does not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
