Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks a strategic leader to design and execute a best-in-class compliance, risk management, and governance framework for Social Impact and PepsiCo Foundation grantmaking, ensuring programs meet governance, IfG standards, and Spendwise while enabling auditable operations.

You will own end-to-end grant compliance, embed IfG oversight into grant design, and lead risk management across the portfolio, partnering with Legal, Finance, and program teams to drive governance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, grants management, or nonprofit/philanthropic operations.
• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, public policy, nonprofit management, legal studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience building governance processes, policies, and decision frameworks from the ground up; training and tools to embed compliance across teams.
• Hands‑on audit experience, including remediation and closure of findings with documentation.
• Nonprofit due diligence including 501(c)(3) validation, financial transparency review, COI & board screening, and third‑party due diligence for international grants.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end grant compliance and eligibility validation.
• Embed IfG compliance into grant design and programs.
• Design and run a global compliance framework for Social Impact.
• Oversee compliance controls within grant management systems (e.g., CyberGrants, Bonterra).
• Lead risk management and audit readiness across the grant portfolio.
• Act as strategic compliance advisor to program teams.
