PepsiCo in Plano, TX is seeking a senior compliance leader to design and drive a best-in-class governance, risk, and compliance framework for Social Impact & PepsiCo Foundation grantmaking, ensuring programs meet governance criteria, IfG standards, and Spendwise policy while enabling auditable operations.

You will own end-to-end grant compliance, embed IfG across grants, and steer system-enabled controls in CyberGrants/Bonterra to support risk management and audit readiness, partnering with

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, grants management, or nonprofit/philanthropic operations.
• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, public policy, nonprofit management, legal studies, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build governance frameworks, policies, and controls and drive adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end grant compliance and eligibility validation.
• Ensure all Foundation grants meet eligibility, governance, and transparency standards.
• Validate COI and Board affiliations across all grantees.
• Embed IfG compliance into grant design and all programs.
• Design and run a standardized compliance framework for Social Impact.
• Oversee compliance controls within grants management systems (e.g., CyberGrants).
• Lead risk management and audit readiness across the grant portfolio.
• Act as strategic compliance advisor to program teams.
