Job summary

PepsiCo Foundation seeks a Senior Manager to lead the design and execution of a scalable compliance, risk, and governance framework for Social Impact and Foundation grantmaking. You will ensure programs meet governance criteria, IfG standards, Spendwise policy, and regulatory requirements while enabling auditable operations.

Lead end-to-end grant compliance, embed IfG, and design a global framework across Foundation and business giving, partnering with Legal, Finance, and program teams to drive

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, grants management, or nonprofit operations.
• Proven ability to design policies, controls, and decision frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on audit experience with remediation and closing findings.
• Expertise in nonprofit due diligence, 501(c)(3) validation, and third-party checks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end grant compliance and eligibility validation across Foundation programs.
• Embed IfG governance into grant design and ensure open, defensible programs.
• Design and run a global compliance framework for Social Impact and foundation giving.
• Oversee controls in grants management systems and drive auditable workflows.
• Lead risk management and audit readiness across the grant portfolio.
• Act as strategic compliance advisor to program teams and train staff.
