Job summary

Ingenio, LLC is seeking a Social Growth Creator/Manager to help Keen become an active voice in conversations around relationships and modern life. You’ll create, shoot and edit short-form content, engage with the community, and test formats for impact.

The role is approximately 25 hours per week and strongly prefers a San Francisco Bay Area candidate who can work from the SF office part of the week. You’ll move quickly, prioritize relevance and momentum, and collaborate with Keen practitioners

How you’ll be impactful:

We’re looking for a Social Growth Creator/Manager to help make Keen an active, relevant voice in the conversations people are already having about relationships, dating, careers, big decisions, intuition, pop culture and modern life.

This is a hands-on creator role. You’ll develop ideas, shoot and edit short-form content, get behind and in front of the camera, react to trends, engage with our community and experiment with what gets people to watch, share and follow. We’re looking for someone who lives in social and knows how to move quickly. We care more about relevance, creativity and momentum than polish.

This is a contractor role at approximately 25 hours per week. We have a strong preference for someone based in the San Francisco Bay Area who can regularly work from our SF office, collaborate with the team in person and create IRL content.

This is a remote role; however, if you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will be expected to work from our San Francisco office three days per week - Tuesdays-Thursday. This hybrid schedule helps us foster collaboration while maintaining flexibility for our local team members.

What y** ou’ll be doing:

• Concept, shoot, edit and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and other relevant platforms.
• Regularly get behind and in front of the camera to create talking-to-camera videos, reactions, interviews, trends, comment responses and IRL content.
• Stay deeply plugged into social and cultural conversations, identifying moments where Keen has something relevant to contribute.
• Develop recurring formats and franchises that can be produced quickly and consistently.
• Engage with comments, creators and communities, turning audience conversations into new content.
• Collaborate with Keen practitioners, creators and employees to bring more real people and recognizable faces into our social presence.
• Continually test hooks, formats and topics, using performance to understand what’s working and what we should make next.
• Help us build a repeatable social growth engine, not just individual posts.

What y** ou’ll need to be successful:

• Demonstrated experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or other social-first platforms.
• A portfolio, personal social presence or examples showing content you have personally concepted, filmed and edited.
• Comfortable and compelling speaking on camera.
• Strong short-form video editing and storytelling skills.
• Deep familiarity with social trends, creators and internet culture.
• Strong instincts for what makes people stop, watch, comment and share.
• Highly self-starting, with a bias toward making and testing rather than over-planning.
• Comfortable working quickly and maintaining a consistent content cadence.
• Experience with consumer brands, apps or services is a plus.
• Interest in relationships, self-discovery, spirituality and intuition is a plus. You do not need to be an expert in the category.

Pay Transparency:

The US hourly range for this part-time position is up to $80/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
