About the role

You will run our social from strategy to publish: short-form video, founder-led posts, and community. You have the whole aicente creative stack at your fingertips (Image Lab, Studio, Clip) and a real gig network of clippers to amplify. Your job is to make a business platform feel alive, useful and impossible to scroll past.

What you'll do

• Own the content calendar across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X and LinkedIn
• Script, shoot/edit (or brief clippers) 5-10 short videos a week
• Grow followers, engagement and, ultimately, signups
• Run community + respond in DMs and comments in aicente’s voice
• Report on what’s working and reallocate fast

What we're looking for

• 3+ years running social for a brand or creator, with receipts (show your best posts)
• You can actually make short-form video, not just schedule it
• Native instinct for trends, hooks and platform nuance
• Bonus: built an audience of your own

A day in the life

• 9:00

  Trend scan; lock today’s hooks and shot list.

• 10:30

  Shoot + edit with Studio/Clip; queue posts.

• 13:30

  Community: reply to comments + DMs; brief clippers.

• 15:30

  Review analytics; double down on the winner format.
