Hyperquake is looking for an intern to help manage social media channels for clients and shape strategy behind them. Social will be the home base, with opportunities to explore other marketing channels as you grow.

You'll own content calendars, engage audiences in each brand voice, and contribute to overall social media strategy while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

Qualifications

• Interest in growth and performance marketing, curious about what makes content perform.
• Fluent in major social platforms, with experience managing social accounts for clubs, organizations, or businesses.
• Clear, thoughtful writer who can adapt tone for different brands and audiences.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and dependable.
• Skilled communicator able to integrate into many teams, platforms, and processes.
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients, calendars, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Help manage social media accounts for Hyperquake clients.
• Own social content calendars, posting and scheduling with high QA.
• Lead day-to-day community management, engaging with audiences in each client's voice.
• Report on qualitative and quantitative social community insights.
• Contribute to overall social media marketing strategy and tactical plans.
• Support social content and messaging strategy, including measurement and reporting.
• Assist with content and calendar planning.
• Take part in concept development and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate across teams with designers, subject matter experts, marketing channel leads, and client leadership to deliver great work on time.
• Flex into other channels, branding, and messaging projects as opportunities arise.
