Job summary

Sierra is seeking a highly creative Videographer & Editor to join our Brand Design team in San Francisco. You will produce fast, high-quality social-native video content that tells the stories behind our AI-powered customer experiences, across platforms and channels.

You'll partner with marketers, brand design, executives, product teams, customers, and partners to translate ideas into content that moves emotionally and quickly, helping define Sierra's video practice from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of platform-native content and audience behavior across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience shooting with professional camera/lighting setups and lightweight/mobile production.
• Strong storytelling and editorial judgment to identify culturally relevant moments for Sierra.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit short-form video optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop recurring content series with marketing leads.
• Develop hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling structures for retention.
• Capture lifestyle and event photography for web, social, and campaigns.
• Create lightweight graphic/motion content in collaboration with a motion designer.
