Sierra is seeking a highly creative Videographer & Editor to join the Brand Design team in San Francisco. You will produce fast, high-quality social-native video content across marketing, social, and thought leadership, telling the stories behind the future of AI-powered customer experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating social-native video content for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Ability to shoot with both professional gear and mobile setups.
Strong storytelling and framing for fast-turnaround content.
Experience collaborating with marketing, brand design, executives and customers.

Responsibilities

Capture and edit short-form video optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts, with quick-turn edits often within 24–72 hours.
Develop recurring content series such as product demos, executive content, customer stories, and brand moments.
Craft hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling structures for retention and repurpose long-form footage.
Capture lifestyle and event photography for web, social, and campaigns.
Create lightweight graphic, meme, and motion content with a motion designer.
