Job summary

The DS Foundation in Detroit is seeking an associate to support the director as the foundation designs and launches its initial programming. The role will involve researching, designing and executing programming in collaboration with social entrepreneurs, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with the director and team to build processes, map opportunities, and perform administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery of programming in Detroit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience.
• Experience in consulting, nonprofit or business management programs, or social sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven processes for program evaluation and stakeholder data collection.
• Support the director and senior team with strategic contributions and execution.
• Research to inform board and team around market mapping and opportunity sets.
• Perform ongoing administrative and operational tasks to support the center.
