Job summary

GOAL High School in Colorado is seeking a Social Emotional Generalist to support students' social and emotional growth and link child-serving agencies with school resources. The role involves MTSS processes, Family Support referrals, and on-site collaboration to ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential student data, coordinating with regional partners, and supporting staff in crisis response and threat assessment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Colorado.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: two years working with youth; edge experience in secondary school settings (per ad).

Responsibilities

• Be ACCOUNTABLE for students, staff, and team.
• Develop and maintain transparent and honest relationships with students and team.
• Support on-site staff and students to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
• Monitor social-emotional referrals and maintain a focused caseload of high-risk students.
• Provide support hours for MTSS goals under supervision.
• Comply with FERPA and privacy guidelines and report as required.
• Maintain communication with GOAL staff, students, and parents.
