Job summary

GOAL High School seeks a Social Emotional Generalist to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth on-site in Colorado. The role links families with community resources, maintains MTSS data, and assists with Family Support referrals while supporting staff in delivering a safe learning environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or higher, with preferred associate degree or equivalent, and experience with at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience supporting at-risk youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide MTSS and Family Support services.
• Maintain and monitor social-emotional referrals.
• Support with crisis response and threat assessment as needed.
• Coordinate with community partners to link child-serving agencies.
