  • Coordinate social content surrounding company initiatives, events, educational content, employee highlights, announcements, and campaigns.
  • Ensure content is accurate, polished, on‑brand, and approved before publication.
  • Monitor social media channels and coordinate responses or escalation when appropriate.
Digital Content
  • Assist with creating and coordinating digital content, including website content, email campaigns, newsletters, articles, videos, graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Repurpose existing content across multiple channels and formats to maximize its reach and effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal subject‑matter experts to turn complex information into clear, engaging, audience-friendly content.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, visual identity, and brand standards across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors on photography, video, design, and other content needs.

  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to gather information and keep projects moving forward.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
